The Timothy Paul Band is:
Timothy Paul: Vocals and Bass
Timmy J: Guitars
Bill Holbrook/Drums and percussion
Alan Labrie - Keyboards
The TimothyPaul Band started in October of 2005. A rough beginning we will all admit. With the advent of acoustic guitars, two lead pipes and a buck stove, this would be the beginning of an influential journey that none of the four of us would be prepared for. The writing chemistry between TimothyPaul and recently departed Wil Cintron would prove to be a force to be reckoned with. With the pounding of tribal drums given to us by Rich "The Hammer" Labonville and the angst guitar of myself TimmyJ, the sound was (we thought at the time) not only very unique, but extremely innovative. "A bit of the old, a touch of the new....The East Coast Jive."
Then when we thought it couldn't get any better the band took a turn into a different genre. TimothyPaul wrote his masterpiece, "SideWalks". Soon after Wil and Rich would leave the band on their own accord and we would recruit Billy Holbrook on Drums and Alan Labrie on Keyboards. Two fine additions, I might add!
So as things continue, this voyage like any other, has had its bumps and glories, but we continue and can't wait for what the next chapter holds. But as a wise man once told me, "One day at a time."
