Channel Eight was started in late 2007 by drummer Steve Manning and Vocalist/guitar player Jeff Mathers..and after finding Bass player Aaron Cyr Channel Eight was born.

Channel Eight has signed on with HevyDmusic.com a division of HevyD's Kettle Korn which will put their song Point of no return in about 1 million bags of kettle korn a month across North America.
